Steam Deck on sale for one month: more than 2,000 games, can install Win10
As of today, the Steam Deck handheld has been on sale for a month, and V Society has taken this opportunity to release some of the data related to this product.
It is reported that the games officially verified by Steam Deck and identified as playable have exceeded 2,000, which means that for most mainstream Steam players, this handheld has been able to support daily play.
Meanwhile, V has simplified the path for developers of anti-cheat providers such as BattlEye and Easy Anti-Cheat to easily enable support for Steam Deck.
This move is expected to attract developers who are reluctant to adapt Steam Deck because of anti-cheat issues to change their attitude.
In addition, V also entered into a partnership with Microsoft to bring the Xbox's cloud gaming service to Steam Deck through the Edge browser, allowing XGP users to play hundreds of games from the library on the handheld.
Elsewhere, V has optimized Steam Deck's new store interface to improve ease of operation, and added dual touchpad input and a low frame rate mode at 15fps.
Of course, if you are not interested in these, V also allows users to install Win10 system by themselves, and in the fTPM test, the installation of Win11 is just around the corner.
