iPhone 14 details revealed: Apple’s biggest changes to Pro models
Details about the iPhone 14 are getting more and more detailed as time approaches, with new details emerging from photos of the alleged new phone's case.
Photos have previously emerged of the iPhone 14 series of cases, including the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro and the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus and iPhone 14 Pro Max. While the text on the case is labeled iPhone 14 Plus, the name iPhone 14 Max is more consistent with the product, similar to the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The design of the casing is similar to previous rumors, such as a larger camera module. Sources say the iPhone 14 Pro will feature a 48-MP camera system, a 57% increase in sensor size, and 8K video recording.
According to the latest update, two models of the iPhone 14 Pro will be powered by Apple's new A16 chip, with the iPhone 14 Pro featuring a 6.1-inch screen and the iPhone 14 Pro Max featuring a 6.7-inch screen, both with 120Hz OLED screens.
The latest ProMotion technology will be supported with a minimum refresh rate of 1Hz, which opens up the possibility of AOD screen display on the iPhone 14 Pro series.
The iPhone 14 Pro series will have a 48-megapixel main camera, plus two 12-megapixel lenses to form a three-camera system. Storage versions include 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB, all with 8GB of memory. It will have 3200mAh and 4323mAh batteries, and will come pre-installed with iOS 16, which is currently in developer beta.
The two non-Pro models will use the A15 processor from the previous generation and will have the same hard, right-angled design that the iPhone 13 has had for years.
As for the price that people are concerned about, it is said that the iPhone 14 Plus will be the cheapest new 6.7-inch model, starting at 7,499 yuan, while the price of the iPhone 14 is likely to rise by 100 dollars due to current global price increases.
