Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro renders are here

Regarding the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, Google has scheduled a hardware event for October 6, where the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel Watch will be announced. Thanks to various leaks and official teasers, we already know a lot about these phones, including their back designs. Now, foreign media 91mobiles has brought us high-quality renderings of the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, showing the front and back of the phone, courtesy of Ishan Agarwal.

Confirmed by Google at its I/O 2022 event in May, the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are the successors to last year's Pixel 6 series. The phones are expected to bring some notable improvements in camera and performance. Notably, the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be the first flagships Google has launched in India since the Pixel 3.

The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro aren't too different from the Pixel 6 series, at least from the front. The phones feature a center-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and slim bezels that are symmetrical on all sides. The edges of the Pro model are slightly curved. The volume and power buttons are on the right.

Moving to the back, the phones have the familiar horizontal camera visor, dual cameras on the Pixel 7 and triple cameras on the Pixel 7 Pro, with an LED flash. The camera module protrudes above the flat rear panel. The Pixel 7 is available in white, black, and mint green, while the Pixel 7 Pro will be available in black, white, and a new hazel.

The Google Pixel 7 Pro is said to feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the regular Pixel 7 has a slightly smaller display with a 90Hz refresh rate. They will be powered by second-generation Tensor chipsets with 12GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage. The phones are likely to run on the Android 13 operating system out of the box and will feature the Titan security chip.

The Pixel 7 Pro packs a 5000mAh battery and claims to support 30W fast charging, again very similar to the Pixel 6. However, battery specifications for the Pixel 7 have yet to be announced.

Moving on to the cameras, the Pixel 7 Pro is said to feature a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens. It is said to have an 11MP camera on the front, in line with the Pixel 6 Pro. The Pixel 7 will have dual cameras on the back, possibly missing the 48MP telephoto lens.
