Apple’s new iPad tablet releases in early May! 12.9-inch first appearance, OLED screen

According to media reports, people familiar with the matter have revealed that Apple plans to officially release upgraded versions of the new iPad Pro and iPad Air in early May.

The iPad Air will debut with a 12.9-inch screen version, while the Pro model will feature a sharper OLED display.

It's now been about 18 months since Apple has launched a new iPad product, and that gap has led to a decline in iPad sales in both fiscal years.

Apple is therefore hoping that a new iPad with a faster processor and new accessories will galvanize the market's interest in the tablet and thus boost iPad sales.

The new iPad Pro is known to come in four versions, J717, J718, J720 and J721, all of which are powered by the new M3 chip and support the new Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil.

The new iPad Air, on the other hand, will come with a new processor and will also offer a 12.9-inch screen size option, which means that consumers can get an iPad with a bigger screen for a lower price than the Pro series.

The report also said that Apple had planned to release the new iPads in late March or early April, but factors such as the fact that the device's software wasn't perfect yet, as well as the fact that the latest iPad's screen requires complex new manufacturing techniques, have led to a delay in the release.
